I watched as Suni continued to twitch and whimper in her sleep. What was I supposed to do? I could do nothing till Suni woke up, but what if she never did?
Thoughts raced through my mind until... That wolf. I growled in my throat. She must know something about what was happening to Suni... But how could I ask her? She seemed so vicious, and intent on killing us one way or another. Was this her doing...?

I buried my face into Suni's neck fur once again. "Suni, tell me what to do. I don't know what to do..." I whimpered. I knew I was being pathetic, but I ignored it and only buried my face deeper into Suni's fur...

(OOC: Don't worry, Moon will do something in the next post. She... I won't wallow in self pity for long. Smile

My head felt like it was going to explode; I was trapped. TRAPPED. With this deranged killer! She wasn't a wolf, she wasn't, she was a demon! Or whatever she was, I couldn't escape! I wouldn't, unless I could communicate with my sister. But...that was impossible.
I gathered all my strength remaining and let out one loud call: "MOONSTAR! KILL HER!" and fell to the ground-actually, I was just floating...-and slept.

In my dream form I scoffed and snarled at the now slumbering canine, kicking imaginary dirt over her with my hindpaws. "Like you're EVER going to penetrate my dream shield with your stupid voice..." No one could do that.

Could they?!

I jumped up as Suni suddenly cried out. I gaped at her, my eyes wide. Kill her? That horrible, murdering wolf? How could I kill her? I was a dog. And not a strong one at that... I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, remembering my mother's words:

Remember, my moon and star, never let your heritage bring you down. Us dogs have goodness and strength in our hearts, even if we are not as cunning and strong as the wolves... Never doubt yourself...

I sighed; I had to defeat this wolf. If I couldn't convince her to stop, I would have to kill her...

I bent down and nuzzle Suni's neck fur.

"Don't worry, Suni, I'll stop her... I promise." And I turned around and trotted back towards the way we came, back to where we saw the bloodthirsty wolf, my black tail streaming out behind me, my head lifted in courage and confidence...
